OUR MISSION

In a world facing diverse challenges like resource constraints, escalating costs, and environmental concerns, SHB is committed to revolutionizing industrial power generation through innovative biomass boiler technologies.

Our aim is to enhance boiler performance for clients globally, while making strides towards a greener future, one boiler at a time.

EXPERIENCE

  • Modified four 120 ton per hour Bubbling Fluid Bed (BFB) which increased steaming rate to 160 t/h and lowered erosion in Indonesia

  • Modified two Power Boilers to SHB Stepped Floor technology in Brazil
    (Grupo Jari and Fíbria Jacareí)

  • Modified four recovery boilers for improved dry-solids throughput, emissions, and run time

  • Designed over 300 CFD models on over 75 power and recovery boilers

  • Redesigned parts for Automatic Port Cleaner that allow easier replacement and longer life. Over 50 mills now uses our new equipment and parts

  • Developed Hi-Cyclone Combustion technology for increasing fuel burnout with high buoyancy biomass fuels

  • Developed & implemented Char Bed Modernization Systems to improve bed stability, carryover, and burning capacity
